DISPATCH TIMES
We process orders Monday to Friday between the hours of 11am to 5pm, any orders placed outside of these times (Weekends or Public Holidays) will be sent on the next shipping day.
We do everything possible to get your order out on time, in many cases we dispatch on the same day. There are times where we are overloaded with orders and it may take us extra time to catch up.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We offer FREE domestic shipping via Australia Post, this allows us to provide you with the most reliable delivery service available in Australia.
5-7 business days from dispatch. All our items are sent registered and insured with door to door tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. (WORLDWIDE)
We also offer International shipping via Australia Post.
7-14 business days from dispatch. Express Courier International.

If you have an incident with a Damaged or Missing article we can provide assistance by lodging claims on your behalf. *Note the standard time to process claims without insurance with Australia Post is 6 weeks.
*Depending on your country, additional shipping fees and duty costs may be added. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These fees are generally based on the value of the incoming goods and the value varies significantly between countries. For more information, please contact your local customs office. The majority of our orders are not affected by Import Taxes however we must outline that this can be a possibility.
RETURNS

We are happy to offer 30 day returns on any items that are unworn and in original new condition. If you have purchased an item and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back and we will organise a credit or refund for you.
Also if you have received a faulty, damaged, stained or wrong item, we apologize in advance and will fix it for you straight away!
